At VOERAL, we carry out all types of earthworks for wind farms, photovoltaic plants, guyed and self-supporting towers, electrical substations, and any kind of outdoor infrastructure.
We perform excavations, embankments, drainage, compaction, and backfilling with gravel or sand, to create or improve access roads, assembly platforms, and crane bases, as well as for the construction of foundations and trenches for underground cable installation.
Our experienced team, supported by GPS and 3D-guided machinery when required, is capable of executing large-scale earthworks quickly and accurately.

Foundations
At VOERAL, we execute reinforced concrete foundations for wind turbines, lattice towers, electrical substations, control centres, energy storage systems, and, in general, any structure requiring concrete slab foundations.
We handle the earthworks and our team of skilled steel fixers builds the rebar framework according to the construction drawings. We then carry out concrete pouring using the mix prescribed by the project designer and supervising engineer.
Concrete is supplied in compliance with current regulations and, when required, with test samples for strength verification as specified in the project documentation.

Cable Trenching
After site preparation, we excavate trenches for medium- and low-voltage power cables, as well as communication lines, strictly following project specifications to ensure cable protection and proper functionality.
We construct trenches of different dimensions and depths, supply and install inspection chambers, poles, and conduits, and lay cables either directly in ducts or encased in concrete where required by the project.
