Lattice self-supporting towers are highly robust structures, especially suitable as long-term or permanent installations, or for sites with very high load requirements.

At VOERAL, we offer free-standing lattice towers up to 200 metres in height, designed to withstand basic wind speeds above 35 m/s and ice loads exceeding 60 mm.

For each project, VOERAL performs a specific structural calculation to design the tower that best meets the site’s height, wind, and ice conditions, using the minimum amount of steel possible — thus optimising cost, improving project profitability, and reducing unnecessary material consumption as part of our sustainability commitment.

Foundations are always made of reinforced concrete, and lifting is carried out with cranes. We offer a complete supply package, which can include the execution of foundations, assembly platforms, and site access.

At VOERAL, we supply and install the tower together with all accessories: brackets, enclosures, anchor bolts, rest or assembly platforms, foundation templates, and more.

We also design and carry out the civil works, including both access roads and foundations.

Lattice guy-wired towers are structures supported by steel cables, characterised by their light weight and high strength, offering an unmatched cost-to-performance ratio. They are typically used as temporary structures, although they can remain installed for long periods of time with proper maintenance.

At VOERAL, we supply, rent, and install guy-wired lattice towers up to 200 metres in height, capable of withstanding basic wind speeds above 35 m/s and ice loads over 60 mm.

VOERAL offers models with different strength levels and weights, allowing us to select the one that uses the least amount of steel possible — optimising tower cost, improving project profitability, and reducing unnecessary steel use as part of our sustainability commitment.

At VOERAL, we have developed a crane-free installation system, applicable to any model or height, ensuring the most cost-effective solution for our clients.

We also offer anchoring systems that can be installed without concrete, using buried plates — a method that minimises environmental impact and simplifies land restoration after dismantling — as well as conventional concrete  when required.

We provide all types of accessories, supports, and enclosures, and offer guying systems in both galvanised and stainless steel.

Designed for very low heights and light applications such as weather stations or small communication antennas.

LT47+

Suitable for heights up to 120 m and moderate loads. A lightweight model with a single section type, offering excellent value for money and fast assembly.

LT47R

Reinforced version of the LT47+, ideal for projects requiring slightly higher heights or loads. Can be combined with the LT47+ to optimize performance and cost.

HD57

Designed for heavy loads and/or heights up to 164 m. Available with different leg diameters to adapt the structure precisely to each project.

XH87

Developed for extreme conditions and/or heights up to 200 m. Offered with several leg diameters and section heights to provide maximum optimization.

Custom
